What is basal body temperature?

Basal Body Temperature

Basal body temperature is the temperater the body is at rest. In order for it to be accurate the body needs to have been at rest for at least 3 hours. Temperatures from 96.0 F to 99.0 F are normal resting temperatures, depending on the time of the month.
