A chemical pregnancy is an early miscarriage that occurs at around the time the menstrual cycle is due. This happens when a fertilized egg starts to implant signaling the body that a pregnancy has occured -then the implantation does not complete. There are several reasons why these occur and almost every woman will experience one or many in her fertile lifetime.
l recently had a chemical pregnancy.I did a HPT which was just positive, & went to the DR for a PT which was negative, she ordered blood tests which where positive, then on the day my period was due i has massive bleeding & lost the baby. Before my blood test i had, sore breasts, & slight implantation bleeding. It doesnt matter how early on you are in your pregnancy any lose is major.
