High Basal Temperature When Mensturation StartsOccasionally the post ovulation temperatures will stay high when menstruation occurs. If this happens, normally it will fall back down on day 2 or 3 of the new cycle. Some women´s temperature will drop down a day or 2 before menstruation while others will drop after the fact.
